ZINDI PRIZE A SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM LEADING DREAM TVS TO SUCCESS Department of Chemistry Government College Women University Faisalabad hosted the ZINDIGI PRIZE powered by JS Bank Business Idea Competition on February 20, 2023. This event was followed by several seminars and webinars on a variety of topics, including how to pitch an idea, youth development through youth empowerment, the journey of an entrepreneur, which all starts with an idea, and insights on startup building. Zindigi prize is a year-long social entrepreneurship program focused on extracting ideas from the grassroots and empowering them with the funding as well as mentoring they require to tackle Pakistan's largest problems. The mission of the Zindigi prize is to nurture future leaders for a better world & its goal is to produce 100K+ change makers. 48 teams participated in the campus round of the competition at GCWUF. The winning team was "Lady Launchers" from the Department of Public Administration. The two runners-up were "Dream Worriers" from the Department of Botany and "WF Penderie" from the Department of Home Economics. The winning team will receive a prize of 30k at the campus round.
